Our studio was built to give creators, entrepreneurs, and storytellers a professional, supportive environment to capture their best content. Before you get started, please take a moment to review our Terms of Service. These policies are designed to protect both you and our studio, ensuring every session runs smoothly and safely. By booking and using our services, you agree to follow these terms.

1. Studio Use & Conduct

A booking includes total time in the studio, not just recording time. This covers client and guest arrival, mingling, setup, technical adjustments, recording, and breakdown. Sessions begin and end exactly at the scheduled time. Customized sets, including furniture moves or lighting changes, may take up to fifteen minutes at the start and ten minutes at the end of your session. These times count toward your reserved session.

Microphone and camera checks must be performed with all participants present. If clients or guests arrive late, adjustments will still be completed as needed, reducing available recording time.

We reserve the right to deny services to anyone who has engaged in unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior toward staff, other clients, or property. Clients and guests who bring or consume alcohol or other substances do so at their own risk. Content HQ Studios is not liable for any incidents, injuries, or damages resulting from consumption.

Clients are expected to handle all studio equipment responsibly. Any misuse, negligence, or unreported damage may result in additional charges.



1B. Agreement on Behalf of Guests

By booking a session, the client acknowledges and agrees that these Terms of Service apply to all individuals they bring into the studio, whether recorded or not. The booking client is fully responsible for the conduct, behavior, and compliance of their guests with these Terms. Any damages, violations, or issues caused by guests will be treated as the responsibility of the booking client.



1C. Guest Policy

All bookings include up to two on-camera participants. Each additional guest recorded on the podcast is subject to a $15 per person fee. Adding a virtual guest, via call-in or video feed, is subject to a flat $25 fee per session.

Guests who are not being recorded are welcome but must respect studio rules and staff directions. Clients are responsible for the behavior of their guests. Content HQ Studios is not liable for disruptions, background noise, or other issues caused by guests, regardless of staff direction provided to minimize noise or distractions. Any minors present must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.



2. Studio Hours

Our standard operating hours are Monday through Sunday, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Extended or after-hours bookings may be available upon request for an additional fee.



3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Bookings canceled within forty-eight hours of the session are non-refundable. One reschedule is permitted with at least forty-eight hours’ notice. Failure to attend your booking results in forfeiture of the session and payment.



4. Payments & Confirmation

A booking is not confirmed until payment has been received in full. Availability is not guaranteed until payment is processed, and sessions are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. If a client delays payment, another client may secure the time slot.

If a client extends their booking in person, recorded content will not be released until the balance is paid in full via paylink or invoice. No future sessions or deliverables will be provided until all outstanding balances are cleared.



5. Content & Deliverables

All recordings are delivered via Google Drive link to the client’s email. Clients must download their files within fourteen days of delivery. After that period, Content HQ Studios is not responsible for storage or providing access. Clients are encouraged to check files within twenty-four to forty-eight hours to ensure proper upload. If issues such as file corruption or missing footage are reported promptly, we will resend the content.

All raw recordings remain the property of Content HQ Studios. Clients are granted a license to use, publish, and distribute their content for personal or business purposes.



6. Edited Content & Packages

Edited content and packages, including podcasts, reels, and advanced edits, are governed by a separate agreement provided at the time of purchase. That agreement outlines specific timelines, deliverables, revisions, and storage terms for editing services.



7. Privacy and Media Release

By booking or using our services, you acknowledge and agree that Content HQ Studios retains ownership of all recordings created in our studio. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use, publish, and distribute their content for personal and business purposes.

Content HQ Studios reserves the unrestricted right to use any content recorded in our studio, including behind-the-scenes footage, testimonials, and final deliverables, for promotional purposes such as advertising, marketing, portfolio display, social media, website, and other marketing channels.



8. Damages & Cleaning Fees

Clients are responsible for any damages caused by themselves or their guests to studio equipment, furniture, sets, or property. Repair or replacement costs will be billed directly to the client.

If the studio is left excessively dirty, damaged, or in disarray beyond normal use, a cleaning fee may be assessed at our discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, spills, stains, trash, or misuse of facilities.



9. Liability & Assumption of Risk

Clients and guests are responsible for their personal belongings and equipment. Content HQ Studios is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged property. Clients assume all risks associated with the use of the studio and equipment. Content HQ Studios is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during studio use, including those related to alcohol or guest behavior. Clients are encouraged to carry their own insurance for any personal or valuable equipment brought into the studio.

Waiver of Liability: By booking and participating in a studio session, clients and their guests acknowledge and assume all risks associated with the use of the studio, equipment, and facilities. Clients and guests release and hold harmless Content HQ Studios, its owners, staff, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from injuries, losses, or accidents that may occur while on the premises or during studio activities.



10. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at any time if a client violates these terms, engages in unsafe behavior, fails to make timely payments, or at our discretion for any reason deemed necessary. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
